Maevhair Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping in the U.S.

1. Free Priority Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary Priority Standard shipping on all U.S. orders. This service typically delivers within 3-7 business days.
2. Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping at a rate of $22.95, ensuring delivery within 2-3 business days. Please note, Express Shipping speeds up transit time but not order processing time.
3. Order Processing and Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. To be shipped the same day, orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
4. High Volume Delays: In times of high order volume, orders may be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday).
5. Address Requirements: For security reasons, your shipping address must match your billing address at the time of payment. Orders with mismatched addresses will be cancelled.
6. Single Address per Order: Currently, we can only ship to one address per order.
7. Special Order Items: Items that are made to order may take up to 10 business days to ship due to Covid-19 related delays. We appreciate your patience with these items.

• Processing Time: Please remember that express shipping does not expedite the processing time of your order.
• Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

At Maevhair, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our hair extension products. If you're not happy with the look or feel of the hair extensions you receive, you can return them following the conditions below:

1. Condition for Returns: The hair extensions must be in their original condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and in the same state as they were when sent to you. This includes keeping the hair extensions in their original packaging, with tags attached if applicable. They should not be brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, or otherwise processed.
2. Time Frame for Returns: You have up to 14 days from the receipt of your package to initiate a return. Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
3. Exchanges: We understand that you might change your mind about the style you want. While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return the product you don’t want and place a new order for the style you prefer.
4. Shipping Charges: Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
5. Final Sales for Altered Products: Any sales are final for products that have been altered in any way – this includes unwrapping bundles or wearing extensions.
6. Order Edits and Changes: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or changed. If you need to make any changes, we will issue a full refund, and you can place a new order.
7. Authorization for Returns: Returns must be preauthorized by Maevhair. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
8. Inspection of Returns: Upon receiving your returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return policy standards. This process may take up to 7 business days.
9. Compliance with Federal Law: According to federal law, human hair products that have been used cannot be returned. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We strictly adhere to these policies for hygiene concerns and federal law compliance.
10. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
